We take great care in crafting and packaging each order. Because of the nature of our products, all purchases are final—we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Thank you for understanding and supporting small business!

Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you were issued a refund and haven't seen it appear yet, here are a few steps to follow:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card provider—it may take a few business days before the refund is fully processed.

  • If needed, reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds (if applicable). Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us at hello@herbalheirloom.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right by sending a replacement of the same item.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
